Andy Hunter

Hi, I'm Andy. I own and run three bars in Gibraltar: the Lord Nelson, Jury's and Star Bar. Everything on this page was built for them first. Now I set it up for other independent venues.

It starts with a website that brings guests in. Then I build and run the back-office systems an independent venue needs but rarely has time to set up: reviews answered, wages and cash reported, staff paperwork handled, and bookings with deposits. It's all done for you.

Fixed monthly prices in pounds sterling.

Start with your website

A brand new, beautiful, custom-built, state-of-the-art website for your venue.

  • Super fast on both mobile and desktop
  • Menus linked and updated every 24 hours
  • Live business gallery: your best 30 images, the ones that bring guests in
  • A professional booking engine with personalised email confirmations, deposits for larger groups, reminders, and no per-booking fees
  • A manager's dashboard with full control: menus, what's on, gallery and bookings
  • Your Google profile kept aligned with your business and your new website
  • Website optimised to be found by search engines and AI
  • Hosting, security and updates included, plus a monthly visitor report
Website & Bookings
£199
per venue / month

£149 for each further venue, and included in Partner. 12-month minimum because the site is built up front, then month to month. Your domain stays in your name. Add Reviews for £99 a month when you check out.

Optional: add the systems

Many venues only want the website, and that's fine. If you want more, add what you need. Everything is done for you, priced per venue, per month, and month to month, so you can cancel any time.

Second and further venues are priced at a reduced rate in your proposal. If you go past the included volume, extra replies and posts are charged at a rate agreed up front, and you set a hard monthly ceiling. Founding clients: the first three venues get their first three months at half price, in return for a short written review once they're up and running.

Running in my own bars

Everything on this page runs every day in the three venues I own in Gibraltar: the Lord Nelson, Jury's and Star Bar.

Questions

Do I have to change my till, booking system or accounts software?

No. I connect to what you already use. Where a system can't be connected directly, I work from the reports it already produces, so your team keeps working the way they do now.

Do I need one of your websites to use the systems?

No. The packages work with or without any website. We build a new website if yours isn't bringing guests and money in.

How do the review replies work?

Every new review gets a reply drafted in your voice, for you to approve. It's emailed to you, and you tap Approve, Edit or Skip. Approved Google replies go live straight away. Approved Tripadvisor replies are posted for you from your own listing, and signed with your names. Nothing is posted without your approval.

What if I get more than 20 reviews a month?

Add up to 50 reviews a month for £100 when you check out, on Reviews or Partner. Anything above that is charged at a rate agreed up front, and you set a monthly ceiling.

Do you need my passwords?

No. You add me as a user on each account (Google, Tripadvisor, Xero and so on), so you stay in control and can remove me at any time.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Reviews and Back Office are month to month. Websites, including the one in Partner, have a 12-month minimum because the site is built up front, then after 12 months, run month to month. See the terms.

Who owns my website and data?

You do. Your domain stays in your name, your content and customer records are kept separate from every other client's, and I'll export everything to you whenever you ask.

What happens if I leave?

You keep everything that's yours: your domain, your content and photos, and a full export of your bookings and guest records. If you want the website itself, I'll hand the site files to you or your new developer. Month-to-month services simply stop at the end of the month you've paid for.

How quickly will it be running?

Usually within 2 weeks of the proposal being accepted. Bigger Back Office and Partner set-ups can take up to 4 weeks, and your proposal gives the date.

I have more than one venue. Is there a discount?

Yes. Further venue websites are £149 a month, and the other packages are priced at a reduced rate for each further venue in your proposal.

Payment

Once we've agreed your proposal, use the Start now button on your package. It takes the setup fee and your first month together, then the monthly fee carries on automatically. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Payments are taken securely by card through Stripe. I never see or store your card details. Gibraltar has no VAT, so no VAT is added. See the terms for cancellation and refunds.
